6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courix’s liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to the declared shipment value or the service fee paid, whichever is lower.
Courix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Additional insurance coverage may be required for high-value shipments.
7. Shipment Packaging
Customers are responsible for properly packaging items for transport. Courix is not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging or fragile items not properly secured.
